Job Description
- Assist in record keeping of creditor’s bill, inventories and other miscellaneous transactions.
- Ensuring proper filing of the documents, bills and vouchers.
- Record keeping of incoming and outgoing documents etc.
- Handling inventory of stationary including recording.
- Assisting in TDS payment process & ETDS filing.
- Visit bank to perform banking related activities.
- Assist in managing and maintaining petty cash fund.
- Assist in day to day operation of account department.
- Assist in distribution and deliveries of promotional goods.
- Deliveries to finished goods to stockiest/ transportation and courier agency.
- Any other job as be assigned by department/unit head.
