Job Description
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Source potential candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Manage the offer process, negotiate employment terms, and prepare offer letters.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate database.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
- Represent the company at job fairs, university events, and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with HR and departmental heads to understand workforce planning and role requirements.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
Timing: 7AM-3PM
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (corporate or agency).
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and labor laws.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and committed to delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
