Job Description
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and others.
- Manage day-to-day social media activity, including responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce visually appealing and impactful posts.
- Track performance metrics and generate regular reports on engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, writing, and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
