Job Description
Mayahold, a leading business group, is seeking a time-bound employee for a minimum period of two months to conduct on-site verification and observation of existing systems and practices at a reputed healthcare institution located outside the Kathmandu Valley.
The selected candidate will be required to stay on-site for the full duration of the assignment. Lodging and two meals per day will be provided by the company.
Interested applicants are requested to submit their application along with a cover letter and their expected remuneration for the two-month assignment.
Primary Goal: Validate pharmacy’s operations, compliance, and revenue leakages.
Responsibilities:
- Review pharmacy billing vs inventory movement – ensure no underbilling.
- Inspect expired or near-expiry medicines and disposal records.
- Match purchase prices with MRP and margins applied.
- Check barcode system use, prescription recording, and patient logs.
- Ensure licensing (drug license, pharmacist credentials) are valid.
- Review tie-ups with suppliers and payment cycles.
- Evaluate internal controls to prevent theft and misuse.
- Track controlled substance usage, logs, and reporting compliance.
Job Specification
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience required in the field
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Health Sciences with specialization/training in pharmacy operations.
- Must be familiar with pharmacy operations, compliance checks, and billing systems.
