Job Description
Mayahold, a leading business group, is seeking a time-bound employee for a minimum period of two months to conduct on-site verification and observation of existing systems and practices at a reputed healthcare institution located outside the Kathmandu Valley.
The selected candidate will be required to stay on-site for the full duration of the assignment. Lodging and two meals per day will be provided by the company.
Interested applicants are requested to submit their application along with a cover letter and their expected remuneration for the two-month assignment.
Primary Goal: Analyze procurement transparency, cost efficiency, and stock control.
Responsibilities:
- Review vendor list: check if genuine, registered, and pricing is fair.
- Inspect procurement policy (L1 bidding, quotations, approvals).
- Visit central stores and sub-stores; verify stock ledgers and GRNs.
- Check stock movement registers, reorder levels, and pilferage control.
- Match purchase orders with invoices and payment records.
- Identify high-value purchases or recurring contracts and review vendor terms.
- Review AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and warranty claims.
- Cross-check with pharmacy/lab for stock issues or internal delays.
Job Specification
- 4-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- Bachelor's degree required
