Job Description
The Ads Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads,
YouTube, and other digital media. The role requires deep platform knowledge, strong analytical skills, and a performance marketing mindset to ensure
optimal reach, engagement, and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Execute targeting strategies including custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences.
- Optimize campaigns based on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with creative/content teams for ad copy and visual asset development.
- Monitor budgets, pacing, and daily performance across campaigns.
- Generate regular reports with insights, trends, and recommendations and present them to client.
- Implement and manage tracking pixels, tags, and UTM parameters for campaign attribution.
- Stay updated on algorithm changes, new ad formats, and platform best practices.
Job Specification
- 3+ years of hands-on experience.
- Expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platform.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and conversion tracking setup.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities under deadlines.
- Skills like content writing and copywriting will be added value
- Work experience in a related field will be preferred.
