Job Description
- Lead creative projects – Oversee the design process from concept to execution for marketing materials, digital assets, product packaging, social media graphics, and advertising campaigns.
- Develop and maintain brand identity – Ensure consistency in brand visuals and provide creative direction for all design outputs.
- Mentor and collaborate – Guide junior designers, provide constructive
- feedback, and work closely with copywriters, marketing teams, and stakeholders to bring creative ideas to life.
- Execute high-quality designs – Utilize advanced graphic design software to create compelling visuals tailored to business goals.
- Innovate and strategize – Develop creative solutions that enhance brand positioning and audience engagement.
- Ensure design consistency – Adhere to brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries to elevate the brand’s visual presence.
- Manage deadlines and workflows – Handle multiple projects efficiently, ensuring high-quality output within set timelines.
Job Specification
- Advanced graphic design skills with expertise in visual storytelling
- Strong experience in branding, logo design, and corporate identity development
- Mastery of typography, layout design, and composition principles
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects)
- Experience in digital and print design, including UI/UX design principles
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative projects across different industries
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
