Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and creative Sales & Marketing Officer to support our sales growth and brand presence at Masta Kala Crafts. The ideal candidate will assist in executing marketing campaigns, handling basic sales tracking, coordinating with influencers and vendors, and supporting overall brand activities.
This role is suitable for someone with 1–3 years of experience who is eager to learn, take ownership, and grow in the field of sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Reporting
- Assist in planning and executing monthly and seasonal sales activities
- Track daily and monthly sales performance
- Prepare basic sales reports and updates
- Support in managing incentive and commission tracking
- Ensure proper coordination for order tracking
Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Assist in managing content calendars and social media activities
- Support execution of seasonal and promotional campaigns
- Maintain brand consistency across digital platforms
- Monitor basic market trends and competitor activities
Influencer & Collaboration Support
- Identify and coordinate with influencers and content creators
- Assist in managing collaborations and follow-ups
- Track campaign performance and engagement
Vendor & Sales Coordination
- Support in managing vendor and wholesale relationships
- Assist in coordination of orders and communication with partners
- Help track vendor-wise sales performance
Documentation & Coordination
- Assist in preparing basic agreements and documentation
- Maintain proper records and reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of campaigns

Job Specification
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong skills may also apply)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting
