Job Description

We are seeking experienced and motivated Immigration Counselors to guide clients through the immigration and visa process for Canada and Australia. The ideal candidate will have strong counseling skills, up-to-date knowledge of immigration policies, and prior experience working in a consultancy or similar service-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel and guide clients regarding visa options and immigration pathways to Canada and Australia
  • Evaluate client eligibility based on immigration rules and prepare case files accordingly
  • Assist clients in application preparation, documentation, and submission processes
  • Stay updated on visa regulations, policy changes, and updates from IRCC, DIBP, etc.
  • Conduct initial assessments and consultations, follow up on leads, and close cases
  • Coordinate with clients, internal documentation teams, and external partners as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and ongoing cases
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through clear communication and timely service
  • Participate in promotional campaigns, seminars, and events as required

Job Specification

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (degree in Law, Management, or related fields preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an immigration or education consultancy
  • Strong knowledge of Canada and Australia immigration pathways (student, PR, work, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM systems

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
