Act as the hands-on representative of ByaparHouse to bring businesses from initial introduction to being registered, live, and selling. Work directly with business owners to complete registration, upload products, and help them understand the platform. Focus on actual vendor activation and transactions rather than simply making sales pitches.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned shops, restaurants, wholesalers, and other target businesses.
- Introduce ByaparHouse and explain its benefits to business owners.
- Complete business registration on the spot using the owner's smartphone and basic details.
- Upload the first 5–10 products, including product name, price, and photo.
- Guide business owners on how to:
- Receive orders
- Accept orders
- Mark orders as fulfilled
- Provide a simple printed how-to guide in Nepali with 3–4 basic steps and a support contact number.
- Record every visit on the same day in the shared sheet/CRM.
- Maintain records of:
- Business name
- Contact details
- Visit outcome
- Follow up with registered businesses within 2–3 days through phone or WhatsApp.
- Specifically check whether the business has received its first order.
- Support existing vendors with app-related issues and catalogue updates when assigned.
- Submit daily reports covering:
- Visits made
- Businesses registered
- Products uploaded
- Issues faced
- Attend daily/weekly briefings with the Sales & Business Development Manager.
What Success Looks Like
- Success is not measured by the number of businesses contacted.
- A business counts as successfully acquired when it is:
- Registered
- Live with products
- Ideally receiving its first order
