Job Description
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial data.

  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and filing requirements.

  • Prepare and submit VAT returns and other statutory reports.

  • Monitor cash flow and manage company expenses effectively.

  • Assist in internal and external audits.

  • Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions and records.

  • Use accounting software such as Tally or QuickBooks for daily operations.

Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in an accounting or finance role.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.

  • Familiarity with taxation laws and financial regulations.

  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).

  • Good understanding of MS Excel and financial reporting tools.

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Ability to handle confidential financial information.

  • Good communication and organisational skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
