Position Summary
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through customer engagement, partnership development, promotional sales activities, and group booking management. The role focuses on building strong relationships with schools, institutions, corporate organizations, and customers to increase visits, memberships, and event bookings for Little Planet Nepal.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase customer visits and memberships
Identify new business opportunities and partnership prospects
Promote birthday packages, group bookings, memberships, and special event packages
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company
Partnership & Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with schools, institutions, and corporate organizations
Coordinate meetings, presentations, and partnership discussions
Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
Handle customer inquiries regarding packages, offers, and promotional activities
Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for promotional campaigns and events
Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and reports
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular progress reports
Provide feedback and recommendations to improve sales performance and customer experience

Academic Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
Experience Required
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer relations, or business development

Technical Skills
Knowledge of sales strategies and customer relationship management
Basic reporting and sales documentation skills
Understanding of promotional sales and partnership coordination
Familiarity with MS Office and basic reporting tools preferred
