Job Description

We are excited to announce a vacancy for an English Teacher at Language Training Centre. This role offers the opportunity to teach English across basic, intermediate, and advanced levels, shaping students' language skills and fostering a love for learning. Below is the detailed job description and job specification for this position.Design and deliver high-quality English lessons for students at basic, intermediate, and advanced levels, adhering to the centre's curriculum framework.

Position Openings: Junior, Mid-Level, and Senior Roles

We are hiring for multiple levels across our team!

Position Levels:

  • Junior Level – Open to Freshers
  • Mid Level – Requires 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
  • Senior Level – Requires 3 to 4 years of proven experience

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Evaluate students' language abilities through regular assessments such as quizzes, assignments, and oral presentations, and offer constructive feedback to support their growth.
  • Cultivate a lively and interactive classroom atmosphere that motivates students to actively participate in English conversations, discussions, and other language activities.
  • Develop and refine teaching materials, including lesson plans, handouts, audio-visual aids, and online resources, to enrich the teaching and learning process.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and administrative staff to organize language-related events, workshops, and extracurricular activities.
  • Monitor and document students' progress, maintaining comprehensive records of their attendance, performance, and areas for improvement.
  • Establish effective communication with students and their parents/guardians (when necessary) to address queries, discuss learning goals, and provide updates on academic performance.
Job Specification
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; a master's degree in a relevant discipline is highly preferred.
  • Ielts Score should be minimum 7.5
  • Possess native or near-native proficiency in English, with excellent grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and comprehension skills.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective interaction with students of diverse age groups, cultural backgrounds, and learning styles.
  • Be familiar with contemporary teaching methodologies, educational software, and digital tools to enhance classroom engagement and learning outcomes.
  • Exhibit a patient, passionate, and committed attitude towards teaching, with a genuine interest in students' academic and personal development.
  • Hold relevant teaching certifications such as TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent; these are mandatory for candidates without a degree in Education.
  • Have the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of students and create inclusive learning environments.
