Job Description

Kvoni Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is a modern healthcare provider committed to delivering high-quality medical services with compassion and professionalism. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Clinical Assistant to support our doctors and healthcare team in providing effective and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist doctors during patient examination, diagnosis, and treatment procedures.
  • Record patient history, vital signs, and other essential medical information accurately.
  • Prepare and maintain OPD rooms, ensuring cleanliness and availability of necessary instruments and materials.
  • Manage patient flow efficiently—guiding patients to respective consultation rooms and departments.
  • Maintain accurate and organized patient records, files, and OPD registers.
  • Provide preliminary health education and counseling to patients as instructed by doctors.
  • Perform dressing, injection, and minor clinical procedures as per professional scope and supervision.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) protocols at all times.
  • Coordinate with the reception, pharmacy, and laboratory to ensure seamless patient service.
  • Report equipment malfunctions or shortages of medical supplies to the concerned authority promptly.
Job Specification
  • Diploma in Nursing, Health Assistant (HA), or Dental Hygiene from a recognized institution.
  • Valid registration with the Nepal Nursing Council or Nepal Health Professional Council (as applicable).
  • Strong clinical and patient-care skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of medical documentation and OPD procedures.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and compassionate in patient handling.

Working Conditions

  • Working Hours: As per company policy.
  • Work Environment: Clinic-based, with close coordination with doctors and other healthcare staff.
