Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kathmandu for a Flutter Developer at Kumari Job. The Flutter Developer will be responsible for developing mobile applications using the Flutter framework, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, build, and ship new features, and maintaining code quality and application performance. The Flutter Developer will also contribute to the overall architecture and design discussions, and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop advanced applications for the iOS and Android platforms using Flutter.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Participate in code reviews and design discussions.
Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
Work closely with product management and design teams to create an engaging and consistent user experience.

Job Specification

Proven experience as a Mobile App Developer focusing on iOS and Android applications.
Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart programming language.
Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect mobile applications to back-end services.
Knowledge of UI/UX standards and best practices.
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and effectively communicate technical concepts.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and troubleshoot issues.
Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
