Waiter / Waitress

We are seeking friendly, attentive, and service-oriented individuals for the position of Waiter / Waitress. The selected candidates will be responsible for providing excellent dining experiences by welcoming guests, taking food and beverage orders, serving customers efficiently, and maintaining cleanliness and proper arrangements in the dining area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet customers warmly and assist them with seating.
• Present menus, explain food and beverage options, and respond to customer inquiries.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen or bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by attending to requests, feedback, and complaints.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of tables, chairs, and dining areas.
• Coordinate with kitchen and other service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare tables before service and clear them after customers leave.
• Handle bills and payments when required.
• Follow hygiene, food safety, and service standards at all times.

• Minimum SEE / +2 qualification; higher education will be an advantage.
• Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting will be preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with a positive and customer-friendly attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork, coordination, and time-management skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette will be an advantage.
