Job Description
Karmashil Construction Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The role primarily involves promoting and selling sand and gitti (construction aggregates) to potential clients. Candidates must have a passion for marketing and the ability to communicate effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell construction materials (Sand and Gitti) to contractors, retailers, and individual clients.
- Generate leads and follow up to convert them into successful sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Provide product information and pricing details to potential buyers.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve targets.
- Assist in basic digital marketing and promotional activities.
- Maintain daily sales and customer interaction records.
Job Specification
- Minimum Qualification: +2 (in any field)
- Mandatory: Two-wheeler driving license.
- Minimum 6 months of marketing experience in any industry.
- Basic computer knowledge (preferred, but not compulsory).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
Salary & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: NPR 17,000 per month
- Incentives: Sales commission + Overtime pay
