Job Description
Design & Creation: Conceptualise, design, and produce a wide range of visual assets, including:
- Static graphics for social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Short-form, engaging videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style content).
- Images and banners for social media ads and promotional campaigns.
- Basic video editing (adding motion graphics, text overlays, sound, and transitions).
Content Strategy Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts that align with our marketing calendar, campaign goals, and brand identity.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice.
Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, design styles, and emerging technologies to keep our content fresh and relevant.
Asset Management: Organise and manage digital assets, including photos, videos, and design files.
Job Specification
- Experience (6 months - 2 years) in graphic design and social media content creation.
- A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating graphics and videos for social media.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro) or equivalent tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Solid understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) and their specific image/video dimension requirements.
- Ability to create engaging, platform-optimized short-form video content.
- Good understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to work efficiently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
