Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Outreach Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing lead outreach, nurturing potential clients through the sales funnel, and ensuring timely communication and follow-ups to drive conversions. This role demands strong English communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently during the night shift to support US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage leads via calls, email, following a structured outreach process.
  • Ensure consistent follow-up to convert qualified leads into potential sales opportunities
  • Manage lead funnel by categorizing interest levels (Cold, Warm, Hot) and escalating qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Drop leads after three unsuccessful attempts.
  • Maintain an outreach rate of 6–8 leads per hour and adhere to timelines.
  • Submit daily/weekly reports on lead contact, conversion, and campaign feedback.
Job Specification

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in outreach, email marketing, tele-calling, or customer engagement roles.
  • Familiar working with US or international projects or clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, email automation tools, and Power BI (preferred).
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines independently.
  • Willingness to work during night shifts aligned with US business hours.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Daily Lead Outreach: Number of leads contacted per shift.
  • Conversion Metrics: Ratio of leads escalated vs. leads dropped.
  • Timeliness: Adherence to predefined response and follow-up timelines.
  • Quality Standards: Accuracy of updates, clarity of feedback, and overall conversation quality.
