Job Description
We are looking for a confident, presentable, and creative female candidate to join our team as a Website & Content Assistant. This role involves managing website content and creating engaging digital content, including appearing on camera. The ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality, strong communication skills, and be comfortable representing the brand publicly.
Key Responsibilities
- Update and manage website content (training will be provided)
- Create engaging reels and short-form video content
- Perform voiceovers and confidently appear in videos
- Represent the brand in a professional and appealing manner
- Assist in basic sales and customer interaction when required

Requirements
- Female candidate
- Well-groomed, presentable, and confident personality
- Comfortable working in front of the camera
- Basic knowledge of computers (website training will be provided)
- Good communication skills
- Creative mindset with an interest in content creation
- Basic understanding of sales will be an added advantage
Training & Probation Period
- Duration: 2 months (Kalanki Branch – Training Phase Only)
- Salary: NPR 17,000 + lunch provided by the company
After Successful Completion of the Probation Period
- Permanent Placement: Bhaisepati Branch
- Revised Salary: NPR 20,000 + lunch provided
Additional Information
- This position is primarily for the Bhaisepati branch
- Kalanki branch is only for the training/probation period
- Candidates must be willing to work in Bhaisepati after selection
