Job Description
We are looking for a smart, presentable, and customer-focused female candidate to join our team as a Sales Girl. This role requires strong communication skills, a good sense of sales, and maintaining store standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle customer sales and provide excellent service
- Manage stock and inventory efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and basic store organization
- Assist customers with product selection and queries

Requirements :
- Female candidate
- Minimum qualification: +2 pass
- Good-looking, presentable, and well-groomed appearance
- Fluent in English speaking
- Basic sales understanding and selling skills
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
Salary & Trial Period
- Initial Salary: NPR 17,000 + lunch provided
After successful completion of 1-month trial:
- Revised Salary: NPR 20,000 + lunch provided
Additional Information
- Preference will be given to candidates from Lalitpur, especially near Bhaisepati
- Candidates should be reliable and committed to daily store operations
Note: Candidates who do not meet expectations during the trial period will be laid off.
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM (30 minutes flexible)
