Job Description
Assist in day-to-day accounting and financial operations
Prepare and post journal entries, vouchers, and invoices
Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records
Perform bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations
Support in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Assist in tax filing, VAT documentation, and statutory compliance
Maintain proper financial documentation and filing systems
Coordinate with internal departments for financial data and clarifications
Support audit processes by preparing required documents
Assist in SAP-based accounting entries and reporting
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance (freshers with strong academic background may apply)
- Basic working knowledge of SAP (preferred)
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
