Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (ERP Sales) to generate new business opportunities and sell ERP software solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B software sales, strong client relationship skills, and the ability to understand business processes and recommend suitable ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation.
  • Conduct product presentations and ERP software demonstrations.
  • Understand clients' business requirements and recommend appropriate ERP solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
  • Coordinate with the technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth project handover.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM regularly.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

 

Job Specification
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 2–6 years of experience in ERP software sales, SaaS sales, or enterprise software sales.
  • Experience selling ERP solutions such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, Zoho, or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, HR, Inventory, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
