Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution (ATL / BTL)
- Plan, execute, and monitor comprehensive Above-the-Line (ATL) campaigns (such as local radio, print, or outdoor signage) to build high-level brand awareness for Organization.
- Design and execute impact-driven Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing activities, including local activations, vendor tie-ups, promotional events, and direct consumer engagement in the Kathmandu Valley.
- Track market trends, analyze competitor moves, and identify new customer acquisition channels.
Digital Marketing & Social Media Management
- Manage and grow Company presence across all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with sales targets, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Run targeted, performance-driven paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to optimize conversion rates and lower customer acquisition costs.
Hands-On Content Creation
- Graphic Design: Independently design visually striking posts, banners, carousels, and stories for digital platforms.
- Video Production: Concept, shoot, and edit engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and promotional product videos) that showcase our products and platform features.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, style, and visual identity across all marketing assets.
Sales Alignment & Performance Tracking
- Align all marketing strategies with direct sales objectives to drive traffic, user registrations, and order volumes on the platform.
- Monitor, analyze, and report weekly/monthly KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and campaign ROI) to the management team.
