Jr Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to assist with daily accounting operations, financial record keeping, and reporting activities. The candidate should have basic accounting knowledge and good analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain financial records and accounting documents

• Prepare invoices, vouchers, and purchase entries

• Assist in bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance

• Record daily transactions accurately

• Support senior accountants during audits and financial reporting

• Manage accounts payable and receivable

• Prepare basic financial statements and reports

• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping

• Proficiency in:

• Microsoft Excel

• TallyPrime

• QuickBooks

• Good numerical and analytical skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong organizational and communication skills
