Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive company growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence, and a passion for sales and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new leads through calls, emails, social media, and field visits
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
Present company services to clients and explain benefits clearly
Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Follow up with prospects and convert them into customers
Maintain a database of leads and client interactions
Prepare sales reports and update CRM regularly
Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for smooth execution
