Billing & Inventory Management

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day billing activities (sales invoices, purchase bills, GST invoices).
• Maintain accurate inventory records (stock in/out, stock reconciliation).
• Coordinate with sales, purchase, and warehouse teams for stock updates.
• Ensure timely billing, entries, and documentation.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.
• Prepare basic reports related to billing and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in Commerce / Accounting / Business (preferred).
• Experience in billing and inventory management.
• Knowledge of GST, invoicing, and stock management.
• Familiarity with Tally / ERP / Excel.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Candidate:

• Immediate joiner preferred.
• Experience in trading, manufacturing, or distribution industry is a plus.
