Job Description
- Follow up to items creation on oracle with base of items use and nature.
- Shipment verifying requisition verses receiving and entry on software.
- Conduct periodic count and physical verification of inventory.
- Ensure the availability of stocks for installation/troubleshoot/upselling/expansion.
- Maintain proper control of inventory at branch warehouse and sub locators.
- Verifying the reports of logistics and reporting to management.
- Proper Documentation, record keeping and verification with the base of Logistic guidelines.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
Job Specification
- At least intermediate cleared and 6 months of experience.
- Overall knowledge of purchase and inventory on oracle software as well as physically.
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge about inventory items.
- Ability to handle stress.
