Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and regularly update social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create engaging, student-focused content including graphics, videos, and written posts
- Develop and implement creative strategies to grow followers and increase audience engagement
- Plan and run social media campaigns aligned with organizational goals
- Monitor analytics and generate performance reports to track growth and reach
- Optimize posts and campaigns based on performance data and trends
- Stay updated with social media trends and tools for content and strategy improvements
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, BBA, IT or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or a similar role
- Proficiency in social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Skilled in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut)
- Strong creative writing and visual storytelling abilities
- Basic knowledge of video editing and graphic design
- Understanding of social media algorithms and best practices
- Analytical mindset with experience in using social media analytics tools
- Good communication and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a creative team
