Job Description
Job Summary:
Image Transport is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Fleet Manager to oversee daily fleet operations, vehicle performance, driver management, and compliance. The role focuses on maximizing fleet utilization, controlling costs, ensuring safety, and maintaining high service standards for corporate, tourism, and rental operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily fleet operations including vehicle allocation, scheduling, and utilization
- Supervise drivers, duty rosters, performance, and discipline
- Monitor vehicle condition, servicing, repairs, and breakdown handling
- Ensure compliance with insurance, road tax, permits, fitness, and renewals
- Maintain fleet records including trip logs, fuel/charging, mileage, and expenses
- Control operating costs and improve fleet efficiency
- Coordinate with operations, sales, and accounts teams
- Ensure safety standards, cleanliness, and brand service quality
Requirements:
- 3–5 years’ experience in fleet management, transport, or car rental operations
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, compliance, and Nepal transport regulations
- Experience managing drivers and multiple vehicles
- Good computer skills (Excel / Google Sheets / fleet tracking systems)
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Job Specification
Experience:
- 3–5 years in fleet management, car rental, or transport operations
- Hands-on experience managing EVs and 4WD vehicles (Mahindra Scorpio) preferred
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of EV operations, charging management, battery health, and range planning
- Experience managing Mahindra Scorpio / 4WD vehicles for city, highway, and off-road use
- Vehicle maintenance planning, servicing, and breakdown handling
- Knowledge of insurance, permits, fitness, and compliance in Nepal
- Ability to track trips, mileage, fuel/charging costs, and vehicle performance
Managerial Skills:
- Driver supervision, duty roster, and performance monitoring
- Cost control, fleet utilization, and efficiency improvement
- Emergency handling and route planning
Tools & Systems:
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
- Familiar with GPS tracking and fleet management systems
Personal Attributes:
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
Language:
- Nepali & English (working proficiency)
