Job Description
IImage Holidays Pvt. Ltd. is a trusted travel and tour operator dedicated to delivering excellent travel solutions and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced International Ticketing Officer to join our dynamic team and handle both international and domestic air ticketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle international and domestic flight bookings using GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).
- Prepare and issue e-tickets, reissues, and refunds as per airline policies and IATA procedures.
- Provide accurate fare quotations, travel itineraries, and related travel information to clients.
- Coordinate with airlines for flight schedules, group bookings, and special service requests.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, invoices, and payments.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve travel-related queries promptly.
- Stay updated on airline fare rules, route changes, and promotional offers.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Travel & Tourism Management, Business Studies, or a related field.
- IATA or GDS Certification (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in international ticketing (preferably in a travel agency or airline).
- Proven hands-on experience using Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre for booking and ticketing.
Technical / Professional Skills
- Strong command of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).
- Excellent understanding of airline fare rules, reissuance, and refund procedures.
- Good knowledge of IATA codes, air routing, and international fare construction.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Basic understanding of visa and travel documentation.

Working Conditions
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Sunday–Friday)
