Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our student recruitment efforts in Nepal. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of international education systems, Nepalese student behavior, visa procedures, and education markets such as Australia, the UK, Canada, and Europe. This role involves managing a team of counselors, building relationships with companies, and driving enrollment numbers through effective strategies and campaigns.
Job Specification
- Develop and implement student recruitment strategies for target regions.
- Lead, train, and manage a team of education counselors or recruitment officers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international and local educational institutions, agents, and other stakeholders.
- Plan and execute recruitment campaigns, seminars, webinars, and education fairs.
- Analyze student profiles and match them with suitable academic programs and institutions.
- Stay updated with admission criteria, visa requirements, and scholarship opportunities for key study destinations (e.g., USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, applications, conversions, and reporting metrics using CRM or student management systems.
- Ensure high levels of customer service and follow-up with prospective students and their parents.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align recruitment efforts with branding and digital outreach strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry and ethical standards in all recruitment activities.
