Job Description
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of the products in the warehouse implementing and maintaining accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
- Ensure the efficient and organized operation of the warehouse, including product handling, shelving, and order picking.
- Optimize storage space and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely shipments and deliveries to clients and distribution centers.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure that products are stored and handled in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, warehouse performance, and any issues that may impact operations.
- Ensure that all warehouse activities comply with safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain good working relationships with suppliers, vendors, and transport providers.
Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
- Proven leadership skills and experience in supervising warehouse staff.
- Familiarity with safety and compliance standards.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
