Job Description
  • Oversee the entire warehousing operations of the Company
  • Ensure the safe receipt and storage of the inventory items in the Company’s Warehouse facilities as per the product’s requirement and Company guidelines
  • Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis as instructed by Company Management
  • Monitoring inventory levels at all times and ensure re-ordering is done in a timely manner
  • Communicating and coordinating with the Sales Team and ensuring orders are dispatched in a timely manner as per Company guidelines
  • Communicating and coordinating with the Accounts/Finance team as and when required to update any records necessary
  • Communicating with the Company Management any issues that come up in the Warehousing function and provide solutions to resolve the issues
  • Keepingstock control systems up to date and planning future capacity requirements as per product requirement
  • Ensure the work environment is safe, clean and secure at all times
  • Oversee the planned maintenance of the Company’s vehicles, machinery and equipment’s
  • Other duties considered reasonable in line with the position and in the normal course of business.
Job Specification
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in managing warehouse of reputed company
  • Past experience letter from previous company/job
  • Experience in handling electronic products and familiarity with its operations will be given preference
  • Preference will be given to candidates with good computing and systems knowledge
