Job Description

The Position of Business Development Executive is to work with distributor and help company increase its sales by planning sales goals and target.

Tasks:

• Consult with departmental heads to plan sales target, branding and placemnets etc.
• Visit retailor on a daily basis for product orders, display management and increasing sales by product placement.
• Direct and coordinate activities involving sales / marketing of different products.
• Planning marketing and sales activities.
• Leading , supervising and delegating the team members to achieve the targets.
• Conducting meetings with clients and communicating the the comany's offerings.
• Helping address feedback and queries and being a trusted companion towards the clients 

Job Specification

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills both Nepali and English .
• Good computer skills with proper knowledge of MS office.
• Two wheeler with valid driving license 
• Candidate must hace completed undergraduate in managment sector.
• Ability to work under pressure and flexible with work timings.
• Should be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Shoukd have the willingnessto work for both indoor and outdoor marketing and sales activites.
• Must have good interpersonal skill.
• Good communication skills.
• Effective presentation skills.
• Confident and qucik decision maker 
• Good leadership skills.
