Job Description

Corporate Title: Junior Officer
Department: GSD Department
Reports To: Operations In-charge/ GCOO

Job Overview:
Junior GSD Officer is responsible for overall GSD functions of eSewa Fonepay creating a specific focal point for the company at Hattisar Building

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record all the purchases and expenses - company-wise. Prepare the summary reports of expenses, purchases and other allowances - Fuel, Communication Allowances, Food allowances, Verify the bills and submit for approval, Manage and regulate the petty cash fund and expenses
  • Explore vendors, prepare compare sheets and submit for procurement process
  • Ensure to follow proper inventory management procedures, Ensure ample stock of regular items (Stationeries, Cleaning Supplies, other inventories), Ensure issue of items and follow proper procedures, Ensure security of all the inventories.
  • Complete entire Property and Assets Registers - based on company, Update the custodians and details of each assets and follow procedures in changes of ownerships, Ensure repair and maintenance procedures are followed, Ensure timely repair and maintenance of all property assets, Ensure complete and up-to-date records of company owned vehicles bluebooks and insurances, Ensure timely renewals of all required documents, Ensure operative condition of all vehicles, Lead and manage the drivers, their roosters and the routes of the vehicles

Job Specification

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in Administration, such as management or financial reporting preferred.
  • Familiarity with Budget planning, report making and the like

Key Skills/ Knowledge:

  • Administrative writing and report skills
  • Good knowledge about Laptops, Desktops and IT accessories
  • Sound knowledge of procurement and asset management software
