Job Description
- Undertake design project from concept to completion
- Define project requirements and schedule during the “brief”
- Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans
- Set costs and project fees according to budget
- Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
- Produce “sample” and “mood products”
- Supervise work progress
- Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors
- Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practises
Job Specification
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a related filed
- He/she should have excellent space management skill
- Should be a very good visualizer, creative and innovative
- Ability to work independently
- Should possess good layout and AutoCAD skills
- Should have necessary software skills
- Should have vast knowledge of Sketch-Up for 3D
- Should have good communication and presentation skills with good personality
- Must be a team player
