Job Description
- Having working knowledge of Tally software and Microsoft excel and word.
- Should have basic idea about VAT, Vat return, E-TDS, and Tax laws
- Prepare management report as required by the management.
- Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals
- Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct
- Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
- Timely physical stock verification with Accounting Software
- Basic knowledge of Letter of Credit and costing
- Bank Reconciliation
Job Specification
- Proficient with MS Office.
- Aptitude for detail.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Able to communicate effectively with internal staff and work in a team-focused environment.
- Good English communication skills - written for email correspondence and verbal for phone discussions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.(Runnning is also acceptable)
- Good Data Entry Management Skill.
- Excellent Reporting and Analytical Skill.
Note - Candidate must have two wheeler & license.
