Job Description
- Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers, and journals
- Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts, and records are correct
- Proficiency in Vat, Tax, Tally, and Billing Procedure
- Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily posts and answering any queries
- Controlling credit and chasing debt
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
Job Specification
- Should have comprehensive knowledge of computer accounting software systems.
- Excellent in computer application ms Word, ms excel, and Tally accounting software.
- High interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent Reporting and Analytical Skills.
