Job Description
We are seeking a responsible and experienced Front Office Supervisor / Night Auditor to oversee front desk operations and ensure smooth guest services, especially during night shifts. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple responsibilities, and committed to delivering excellent guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily front office operations and ensure high-quality guest service
Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently
Manage reservations, room allocations, and guest inquiries
Perform night audit duties including verifying daily financial transactions
Prepare and review daily reports (occupancy, revenue, etc.)
Resolve guest complaints professionally and promptly
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Monitor staff performance and provide guidance when necessary
Job Specification
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Hospitality/Management or related)
Experience: Minimum 3+ years in Front Office; supervisory/night audit experience preferred
System Knowledge: Hands-on experience with IDS Next PMS
Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Good problem-solving and organizational skills
Knowledge: Front office operations, night audit, billing, and reporting
Other Requirements:Willing to work night shifts
Basic computer skills (MS Office)
Fluent in English

Hardworking and responsible attitude

Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (preferred)
