Job Description
We are seeking a responsible and experienced Front Office Supervisor / Night Auditor to oversee front desk operations and ensure smooth guest services, especially during night shifts. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple responsibilities, and committed to delivering excellent guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily front office operations and ensure high-quality guest service
- Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently
- Manage reservations, room allocations, and guest inquiries
- Perform night audit duties including verifying daily financial transactions
- Prepare and review daily reports (occupancy, revenue, etc.)
- Resolve guest complaints professionally and promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Monitor staff performance and provide guidance when necessary
Job Specification
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Hospitality/Management or related)
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in Front Office; supervisory/night audit experience preferred
- System Knowledge: Hands-on experience with IDS Next PMS
- Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills
- Knowledge: Front office operations, night audit, billing, and reporting
- Other Requirements:Willing to work night shifts
- Basic computer skills (MS Office)
- Fluent in English

Qualifications & Requirements
