Job Description

We are looking for a responsible, customer-focused, and operations-oriented Outlet Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our assigned outlet and ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day outlet operations to ensure smooth service.
  • Lead, guide, and motivate front-of-house and support staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
  • Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and adherence to workplace standards.
  • Ensure proper implementation of company SOPs, operational procedures, and service standards.
  • Coordinate with kitchen, service, cashier, and management teams for efficient operations.
  • Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, portion control, and service standards.
  • Assist in monitoring daily sales, cash handling, billing, and outlet closing procedures.
  • Support inventory management, stock monitoring, and wastage control.
  • Maintain proper cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards throughout the outlet.
  • Monitor table setup, outlet appearance, equipment, and overall ambience.
  • Assist management in achieving sales targets and controlling operational costs.
  • Prepare and maintain daily operational reports, sales reports, and other required records.
  • Handle staff scheduling and ensure adequate manpower during peak operating hours.
  • Identify operational issues and take timely corrective actions.
  • Support promotional activities, special events, and marketing initiatives when required.
  • Train and coach team members on customer service, product knowledge, and operational procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable food safety and hospitality standards.
  • Perform other operational responsibilities assigned by the management.
Job Specification
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in restaurant, café, bar, or F&B operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant/outlet operations and customer service.
  • Good leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage busy service periods effectively.
  • Good understanding of inventory, cost control, and basic sales reporting.
  • Strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene, grooming, and service quality.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems is preferred.
  • Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
