Create high-quality graphics, including images, illustrations, info graphics, and visual content for digital and print media
Design attention-grabbing banners, ads, and promotional materials to enhance the company's social media presence
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for social media campaigns
Ensure the graphics align with the brand's visual identity and message
Resize and format images to suit various social media platforms and their specific requirements
Stay updated on the latest design trends and social media best practices to ensure content is relevant and engaging
Enhance and retouch images as needed for social media posts
Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software
Collaborate with fellow designers to develop new approaches for creating more-expressive graphics for the company
Establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines
Effectively communicate and present design concepts and ideas to team members and stakeholders

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a creative field
Candidates with prior experience as a graphic designer are preferred
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
Knowledge of social media platforms and their design requirements
A portfolio demonstrating your design capabilities and social media graphics work is a plus
Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web
Experience with both print and digital media
Good communication and teamwork skills
