Role Overview:

Hawk Trading Pvt. Ltd. is currently hiring a Marketing Representative for their Medical Surgical Products division. This role involves promoting and selling a range of high-quality medical surgical products to healthcare providers and institutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical product marketing, with excellent communication and sales skills to effectively engage with clients and drive business growth in this specialized field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell medical and surgical products to healthcare facilities, clinics, hospitals, and other relevant customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and purchasing managers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base by targeting potential clients within the medical field.
• Provide detailed product information and conduct demonstrations to showcase the benefits and effectiveness of the company’s offerings.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new developments in the medical surgical field.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic marketing and sales initiatives.
• Participate in medical conferences, seminars, and workshops to network and promote the company’s products.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns.

Job Specification

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in any discipline or in Pharma.
• Target oriented and need to achieve sales target.
• At least 3 years of experience in the medical surgical field, preferably in a marketing or sales role.
• Strong understanding of the medical and surgical product market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey product benefits to healthcare professionals.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to cover a large territory.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
• Proficiency in using sales software and tools for reporting and analysis.
• Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Offered Benefits / Facilities:

• Salary: NPR 60,000 - 80,000
• Travel and Daily Allowance (TADA): Provided for fieldwork
• Incentives: Performance-based incentives in addition to salary
