Job Description
The Logistics & Warehousing Associate is responsible for managing inventory, warehousing operations, and distribution processes to ensure efficient stock handling and timely delivery. The role involves maintaining inventory records, coordinating shipments, performing quality checks, supporting merchandising standards, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations. The position also requires strong coordination with warehouse staff, suppliers, and customers to resolve operational issues and maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
Inventory & Warehousing
Manage inventory databases, oversee stock levels, and coordinate storage, receiving, and order fulfillment.
Logistics & Distribution
Track shipments, plan transportation routes, and liaise with carriers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
Operations & Compliance
Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
Problem Solving
Troubleshoot shipping delays, inventory discrepancies, and route inefficiencies.
Communication
Act as the central point of contact between warehouse staff, procurement, and customers.
Quality Check and Merchandise Management
- Perform quality check on all merchandises and ensure quality of the merchandises are as per the required standards
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, including stocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Restock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed.
- Sort and rotate merchandise to keep inventory organized and fresh.
- Assist with in-store promotions and displays.

- Assist with inventory counts and stock management.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- May be responsible for opening or closing the store, depending on the store's needs.
