Job Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Training Coordinator to manage the end-to-end coordination of our training programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication between trainers, clients, and participants while handling logistical support to ensure training sessions are executed effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate training logistics, including venue, materials, and scheduling
- Communicate and liaise with trainers, clients, and participants
- Ensure the seamless execution of training programs and resolve any issues in real time
- Maintain up-to-date training records, attendance, and feedback forms
- Assist in preparing training reports and performance summaries
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (required)
- Prior experience in training coordination or event management (preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of MS Office and virtual conferencing tools
