Job Description

Gurans International is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate records, and support the company’s overall financial management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and books of accounts.
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and other financial documents.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Handle tax filings and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
  • Manage payroll processing as required.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely recording of financial transactions.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, and MS Excel.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
