The Clerk will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the efficient operation of the office. This includes managing records, handling correspondence, and providing general office support

  • Maintain and update files, records, and documents (physical and digital)el
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or personn
  • Enter data accurately into relevant databases or software systems
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as instructed
  • Perform photocopying, scanning, and filing duties
  • Provide front desk support and greet visitors when required
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and order replacements when necessary
  • Support other departments as needed
Job Specification
  • Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Above 20 Below 26
  • Time: Weekdays,8 AM to 4 PM
  • Location: Near Chittadhar Marg (Temporary)
  • Salary: 20,000- 25000 NPR + Upto 200%Bonus
