The Clerk will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the efficient operation of the office. This includes managing records, handling correspondence, and providing general office support
- Maintain and update files, records, and documents (physical and digital)el
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or personn
- Enter data accurately into relevant databases or software systems
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as instructed
- Perform photocopying, scanning, and filing duties
- Provide front desk support and greet visitors when required
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and order replacements when necessary
- Support other departments as needed
Job Specification
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Above 20 Below 26
- Time: Weekdays,8 AM to 4 PM
- Location: Near Chittadhar Marg (Temporary)
- Salary: 20,000- 25000 NPR + Upto 200%Bonus
