Job Description

Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
Receive, review, and properly file incoming documents and correspondence.
Assist in preparing, editing, and formatting documents and reports.
Maintain logs of incoming and outgoing documents.
Support departments by ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company standards.
Respond to document retrieval requests efficiently and accurately.
Assist in data entry with accuracy
Ensure document confidentiality and security at all times.
Perform data entry tasks with accuracy.
Provide administrative support to the documentation team or department when required.

Job Specification

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong time management skills.
Prior experience in administrative or documentation roles is an advantage.
Familiarity with record-keeping standards and regulatory compliance preferred.
