Job Description
Responsible for welcoming visitors, managing calls and emails, and maintaining an organized reception area. Handle client processes including NOC, medical, and police reports, biometrics appointments, document management, and payment collection. Assist in creating engaging video content for TikTok and stay updated on trends. Provide administrative support and perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting visitors, managing phone calls, handling emails.
- Keeping the reception area tidy, organized, and presentable, ensuring it reflects a positive image of the company.
- Process for NOC, medical and police report of the clients.
- Reserve date for biometrics of the clients.
- Printing and scanning documents of the clients in specified format.
- Payment collection and issuance of receipt to the clients.
- Develop and create engaging video contents that aligns with the brand of the company.
- Stay up-to-date on TikTok trends, challenges, and platform updates to inform content strategy and maintain relevance.
- Provide administrative support by maintaining administrative logistics records.
- Any other works assigned by the management.
