Job Description
Dealing with travel related queries.
Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
Must know GDS systems(Either Amadeus or galileo or Sabre)
Sorting and distributing mail.
Managing and developing the junior administrative team.
Provide excellent customer service.
Scheduling appointments.
Job Specification
Fluent in English
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Email/Internet.
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Must work with integrity and professionalism.
Must be smart enough to provide client with variety of options related to ticketing and reservation.
